With the start of November we enter into a holiday season like no other. Connecting with your friends, neighbors and loved ones has never been more important. In this challenging time, reaching out to others with a kind word can truly make a significant difference.
We have two more picture days scheduled in November for the 20th and 25th. There may be a few more appointments on the 25th, contact Laurie in the front office @ 352-7458. She can also lend a hand with photo ids.
I also want to give families a heads up on our first ‘allotment freeze’ of the year on November 11. Students in grades K-8 should have all quarter 1 grades, work samples and narratives submitted through the Parent Portal. If you have any questions or concerns on this please connect with your advisor.
We are working to support the increase in reimbursement requests that have coincided with our growth in enrollment. Recently we made the following change; submissions in the Parent Portal have a $100 minimum. Submissions less than $100 will no longer process.
Please record these important Parent Portal reimbursement deadlines in your family calendar (recycled from October newsletter):
- December 4 (Optional) any complete receipts submitted will be reimbursed by Christmas.
- January 15 ALL receipts dated July 1 through December 31 must be submitted.
- April 30 ALL receipts dated January 1 through April 30 must be submitted.
- June 30 ALL receipts dated May 1 through June 30 must be submitted
