Gentle reminders for our Mat-Su Central Families:

  • January 25 is the deadline to submit reimbursement expenses through the Parent Portal from July 1 through December 31 (this is an extension of the original Jan 15 deadline).
  • If you are unable to compile expenses totaling $100 please roll receipts over into the following reimbursement window

Additional deadlines

  • April 30 ALL receipts dated January 1 through April 30 must be submitted
  • June 15 ALL receipts dated May 1 through June 30 must be submitted (For any known expenditures between June 15 and June 30th; we recommend parents pre-pay for lessons/ expenses and submit the (pre-paid) receipts on June 15th)

Reimbursement requests submitted through the Parent Portal must total a minimum of $100.  In some instances this may require the submission of multiple receipts to reach $100 or more.  Our goal is to accelerate the processing time for all of our families.
