Class Description

Are you seeking a fantastic way to support your child in developing essential social and emotional skills? Our upcoming class is ideal for girls in Semester 1, from November 28 to November 30, from 12:00 to 1:30. Don't worry, parents of boys—in Semester 2, there will be a class specifically for you.

Your child will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives in Brain Train, which will help them improve their self-worth, creativity, and emotional intelligence while reducing negative behaviors like stress and anxiety. Increased focus and attention span, among other behavioral advantages, have been linked to regular mindfulness practice, according to research in the neuroscience of mindfulness.

  • Better impulse control and self-control.
  • Improved coping and stress management techniques.
  • Increased compassion and empathy for others.
  • Reduced signs of anxiety and sadness.
  • Increased self-image.

Our three-session classes cover techniques like stress-reduction tactics, gratitude exercises, self-esteem studies, and healthy nutrition. We'll also present eM-FloTM, an acronym for "emotional flossing"—our primary tool. This straightforward procedure, created by Nurse Wendy, uses social-emotional learning and mindfulness to assist kids in identifying, rating, and controlling their emotions.

In addition to all of these incredible advantages, your child will have a great chance in our class to make friends and learn critical social skills. Your child will be able to develop relationships and improve communication skills as we work in small groups.

Take advantage of this incredible chance to help your child develop and prosper. Sign them up for Brain Train right away!
