You’re Invited to the First Annual MCS Fine Arts Showcase! 

Join us for an elegant evening of art, music, and creativity at Mat-Su Central School! Let our students dazzle you with their imagination and talent as we celebrate the arts in all their forms.

Date: February 19, 4:30 - 6:30 PM

Location: Mat-Su Central School

Admission: Free — please bring a potluck dish to share!

Showcase Art Submissions

Students in Kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to exhibit their creations! From delicious culinary works and eye-catching paintings to inventive science projects and more, MCS Fine Arts Showcase welcomes it all!

Each exhibit will be displayed in the MCS Great Room with:

• Student’s name, grade, and title of the piece
• A brief description of what was created, designed, or built

Guidelines:

• Students may submit 1–2 entries
• Submission deadline: February 13
• Drop-off: February 2nd- 13th, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Mat-Su Central School 
• All submissions must be school appropriate and exhibit a level of care and talent in keeping with the age level.

Performer Auditions

Calling all student performers from 3rd to 12th grade!

Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, juggle, or perform something entirely unique, we’d love to see your talent shine on stage.

Guidelines:

• Contact Mrs. Schwartz to schedule your audition- Auditions run from January 12th - February 6th
• Performances must be 5 minutes or less
• Groups are welcome (one submission per group)
• Students may participate in one solo and one group performance
• Content of any music or words need to be school appropriate and positive
• Examples: Musical acts, dance routines, juggling, athletic showcases, and more!
