Writing is Storytelling! Do your children LOVE to tell you a story? Perfect… bring them to Writer’s Workshop and they will learn how to turn their stories into writing! 

In Writer’s Workshop, your creative 1st or 2nd grader will develop; a LOVE for books and storytelling, learn to draw a detailed story and use the writing process to tell a story in written form. This class is designed to give 1st and 2nd Graders opportunities to; develop social skills, enjoy working with a partner, practice listening skills, follow instructions and classroom routines, AND make new friends! On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we'll get to; Share, Grow, Write, Draw and Play Together from 9-10:30am or 11-12:30pm (January 8- March 9). Your child gets to participate in two engaging field trips for the first and last class, with more information to come!
