Did you know you can learn much more from a track than just the name of the animal that made it? 

On this field trip we'll learn about Alaskan animals, where they live, how they survive our cold winters and much more! Hike the trails with us at the Eagle River Nature Center and become an animal detective! Recommended for grades 2nd - 4th; however, all ages are welcome too. 

• Itinerary: November 14
• 9:00 AM, Check in at Mat-Su Central School 
• 9:15 AM, Depart MCS on the school bus
• 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Tracks Tell Tales and AK Animal Detectives at ERNC
• 12:00 - 12:30 PM, Sack lunch at the picnic tables
• 1:30 PM, Back at MCS

Transportation: School Bus (Parents/ families have the option of meeting us there or riding the bus).

Special Instructions: Dress for the weather, and bring a sack lunch to be enjoyed at the Eagle River Nature Center.
