Experience the rich culture, history, and incredible flavors of Southern Italy on this unforgettable educational adventure. Students will explore from the ancient ruins of Pompeii, the underground city of Naples, make their way through Central Italy, adventure through coastal towns like Polignano a Mare before finishing in the Eternal City of Rome. Along the way, they'll enjoy authentic hands-on culinary experiences, including pizza and pasta making, mozzarella and olive oil tastings, and visits to local farms and artisan food producers. Blending history, culture, and cuisine, this immersive journey offers students the opportunity to experience Italy like a local while building confidence, global awareness, and memories that will last a lifetime.
