Get under the hood and learn how things really work! This class introduces students to the basics of small engine repair and maintenance. Students will learn tool use, part identification, customer service skills and basic engine theory on a gasoline engine. They will work on a Honda GCV 190. They will gain hands-on experience diagnosing problems, using tools, and rebuilding engines while developing practical skills that translate directly to real life and future careers in mechanics. Perfect for anyone who loves tinkering, problem-solving, and making machines run smoothly.
